How does the AI try-on render work?+
You upload a front and side photo of yourself during onboarding. Our AI uses those as reference to generate photorealistic renders of you wearing the curated outfit — not a model, not a mannequin. You.
Can DRAPE see inside my wardrobe photos?+
Your wardrobe photos are stored encrypted (AES-256) in your private account. They're only accessed by our AI tagging system to generate metadata. We never share, sell, or use your photos for advertising.
I'm a VenzAura watch owner — do I get any benefits?+
Yes. VenzAura Atelier watch buyers receive 3 months of Couture free, applied automatically when you create your DRAPE account using the same email as your VenzAura account. Your watch collection also syncs directly into wardrobe.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
